This section describes the text messaging program operated by Kope Holdings, LLC ("the Program").
The Program is used to communicate with landowners and prospective sellers about property inquiries, offer status, document requests, and closing coordination. Messages are conversational and related to a specific inquiry or transaction rather than general marketing.
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through the contact form on this website and checking the SMS consent checkbox, or by another method where you clearly agree to receive texts from us (for example, texting us first). Consent is not shared with, and is not obtained on behalf of, any third party.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and any active transaction. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Kope Holdings does not charge for text messages sent as part of the Program.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive texts from the Program unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 10.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on all mobile devices or with all carriers.
Use of your information within the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy, including the commitment that mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
All text, graphics, and design elements on this website are owned by Kope Holdings, LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
This website and any communications from us are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
